grow 3-2-4
bloom 1-4-5

it looks great

the general hydro flora nova/flora grow looks good

grow 7-4-10
bloom 4-8-7

Epsom salt 0.25 grams

if you decide to use the botanicare I would run the veg nute until week 3 or 4 of 12/12 because
the bloom formula is low on N

Would you rather do the general hydro or the botinicare combo? About the measurements you posted, is the 3-2-4 grow for veg and 1-4-5 for flower?and for general hydro it's flora grow in veg with calmag and epsom salt and flora nova by itself for flower? Can the general hydro stuff be used with promix medium?

General Hydro is owned by Scott's/Monsanto now so avoid/boycott. Get some AN pH Perfect nutes. Better than GH and you don't have to worry about pH so much. Both will work with ProMix just fine. Mix at half strength tho. I've been doing it for years.
