Cant decide on Light bulb.

Hello,

I have decided to grow outside (backyard), the reason i'm posting this is to ask. Once the seeds sprout from my rockwool cube what light should i keep them under before i transplant them outside?

cfl or t5 floresent

use energy saver bulbs (cfl) 6500k daylight bulbs for veg even a 14w will do but the higher the wattage the better

I should have added this before but:
what should be the Watt for CFL or T5 Floresent.
And should i get daylight, homelight, white linear, spectrum linear, cool white etc.? makes sense to get the daylight but maybe something else?

i have never went from inside to out before they could get stressed a lot but i have this2 foot 24w http://sunblasterlighting.com/t524.html runs around 30 bucks cad my plants love em then again you could do a mixture of cfls also not sure which ones but i am sure the one metioned above would work perfectly but i whould get a few of them to be on the safe side they make the plant really bushy

Make sure you harden them off first by putting them in the shade for a week or two to get familliar with the outside elements they are not used to.
