canopy temp???

So no co2... so ill stick with the lower range. Thanks guys.

Will that help get the buds get denser?

My last round i went with the upper range and the buds were a bit on the fluffy side...

I just moved to indoors last fall. I was an outdoor grower but decided to move indoors to get more harvests. First grow indoors I had temps in low 80's, thinking it was like outdoors so why not. The first harvest was kinda fluffy and when I lowered to 72-76 the buds did get denser. Now I try to stick to 75 and no lower than 65 lights off, usually maintain 68-69 lights off since I run lights at night and keep my house at 70 and my room is in basement without any heat or ac pumped into it. May have to add AC if I stay indoors for summer.

Ive got 2 air cooled 1000w in a 9x5. I have to use a/c to keep that small space right even while running at night. But keeping the canopy at 72-76f means that its quite a bit cooler everywhere else around... even as cool as 68 around the pot tops... hope that isnt a bad deal.

I have a 16" oscillating fan gong betwee the canopy and the bottoms of the lights and it keeps a decent mix of the air, but any more fan than that and turbulence starts to crisp up the leaves...

From what I have read and what others have told me, roots like temps around 72, but mine are like yours near 68... been trying to get my temps all dialed in for the next run, but have not gotten there yet. A narrow band when I keep the room around 75... night temps is what gets me thinking that I need to raise them some to keep the root temp up... thinking I need to get a data logger Temp/Humidity sensor in the root area to try to dial it in without raising canopy temp too much.

I got a data logger...made a world of difference dialling in the tent when i first built it... all wood and panda film...

I have one for my canopy but not near my roots. Outdoor is easier to me, except for the bugs... still learning this indoor stuff, but trying not to make it overly complicated, but want to get the most buds I can and great quality so still have room for improvement...

Yes temps will help with density .too hot n they fluff up ,also humidity needs to be low 35% I've gone 45 all the way threw but don't want to push it .could get mold if to high especially if the buds are really dense
