canoeing leaves, tips turning up and down

I recently noticed a few of the blade tips were starting to either claw up or down, and then today one of the plants leaves were starting to canoe. I have one plant directly under a 300w *132truewatt* viparspectra led and it isnt really showing any problems other than a little bit of clawing.
I have 3 others that are topped and under a 250w hps and 300w viparspectra for side lighting and all of those 3 are showing the most signs of the clawing, I was thinking possibly a problem with the nitrogen or light stress? but why would they claw upwards, and why would they be canoeing? any info would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

my heat really isn't bad, I have a thermometer above the canopy that usually reads about 75°f and I have a laser thermometer that I check the fan leaves with and they usually stay about 70°f at night they drop to about 60°f

Check your humiditiy.
i think i have low humidity, I have a humidity gauge in the tent and I can never get it to stay over 45% even with a humidifier, but the humdifier leaves water droplets on the leaves and they dry and leave white spots on the leaves, I also just noticed a couple little brown spots on a couple of the leaves and some of the leaves have a couple little holes, but I don't see any signs of pests at all, what do you think? thank you:)
