Cannabis Seeds In United States

Hey guys I'm thinking about ordering some seeds from single seeds.com but I'm very paranoid I live in New York and I was just thinking is it smart if I put my real information like will I go to jail ?

I ordered for the first and second time , a very short time ago from herbies http://www.herbiesheadshop.com/terms

Bolth packages came with no problem , I paid by cash and a money order and sent the packages to a PO box using a AKA name

honestly I likely went overboard as long as the package is not in your name and you dont grow at the adress the package is shipped to you shuld be fine , I would be more woried about posting hear than anything

how do you get a po box with an aka name? when i got a box, it required two forms of id..

If you're going to order a single seed, I have to wonder what for? There are a million ways to kill a young plant, and most people new to grow run through a few of them. Even starting with a 5-pack would be optimistic. Get a 10-pack of something inexpensive. If you have any seeded bud around, use those seeds for your first run.

That way you can get through screwing up the germination, drowning, damping off, nute burn, light burn and a couple of males and STILL get to harvest.

EDIT: Oh, and I order from Hemp Depot in Canada to the NY area. No problems at all.

2nd EDIT: Ooops! I misread the post -- not "a single seed" but "single seeds". Forgive me! That said, I'd still get more than one seed of a strain I wanted to grow for all of the above reasons.

Depends how paranoid you are.. if your kinda paranoid then you'll get a letter in the mail from customs saying you were shipped some contraband, if you wanna pick it up plz call.. if your really paranoid the cops will show up at your door and harass you and try and make you let em inside.. if your trippin balls then homeland security will show up and bust your door in, gun you down, and show you on the 9 o'clock news as a major pot industry bust.

I'm in the U.S. and I placed an order on seedsman and received a confirmation email but my card has not been charged. Is this normal? I just want to know if my order will be processed or do I need to order with someone else.
