Hey Everyone - Here are some pictures of my plants at approxamately days 26-28. Anybody help me figure out why everything looks healthy (for the most part) on my plants, BUT the new bottom leafs are basically yellow and dead as hell? There are so many reasons that I am scared to add nutes etc because I don't wanna kill them if it is something that will cure itself after I just watered them (mg releases nutes when watering). Ug, I hope I can make this work...gone too far to have them not live to flower...help? Uploaded pics but I could not upload the pics of dead leaves...eh, just picture small dead fried bottom leaves. ug ug ug

your plants look great. mg time release is known for that kind of shit though. i don't fuck with mg, but supposedly the time release capsules contain enough nitrogen for the first 3 months of growth.
i know i would def be hesitant to add nutes to the mg soil mix..

Yea, I am really worried....the tiny baby leaves at the bottom (forget the name) have either completely died or are about to...I hear when that happens (whatever it is that is happening) it is working it's way up the stem...so, i really hope when I turn the lights on tomorrow the other leaves aren't like that. =( I will cry...all that electricity and work down the drain and i still don't even know which are male and female yet.. I screwed up also yesterday by forgetting to take it out of the dark cycle2 hours late...i was on an 18/6. Problem I am having is all the plants were started at different days and some are bigger and mature than others...I was a newbie when i started and shouldn't have gotten so unorganized...anyways, so now I am thinking I will just go ahead and throw them ALL into 12/12 and just make the best out of what happens. I have more seeds so if I fail, it sucks but at least less headache to worry with trying to veg and flower at different times. Thanks for the reply btw

Very nice plant my friend. Ya know, I can't really complain much about MG...I am using Miracle-Gro Moisture Control and all in all it is doing great. I really think many of the problems I have had have come from me just being a newb...had I not been using MG I prolly would have already failed. When I first started I thought I was flushing sometimes when I was igniting the "nutes" by adding water. I don't plan on adding any nutes...I am just going to let MG Moisture Control do its thing and see what happens. If things work out with this grow, I plan on sticking with MG...ith the abuse and screwing up I have made with these plants this first go around, MG must be doing pretty good for my plants to look this good (not saying they look GREAT..just saying, they should look BAD). I have become attached to MG! =)
