WOW, That is amazing artwork. I visited your website. I am glad to see you are caucasian but heritage is samoan. I never thought I would meet another white samoan like myself ever. Most people dont believe me when I tell them I am samoan. I am whiter than casper the ghost. I really love your purple haze piece. I would love to get a canvas of that. I would also like a desktop shoot of it, if possible. Thanks for the awesome work. I really hope that cannabis inspired you to create such art

Very nice art work Waterlily. I like the third from the left the most. Like looking up at the flowers with the sun in the background. Almost takes me there

Potologist: We're just albino Samoans!! I can send you a 800x600 image of Purple Haze but it is slightly blurry because it is a photograph of the actual painting, which I gave away as a gift to my friend in Telluride. Unfortunately, I never made a high res scan of it, so I don't have it available as a canvas. The ones you can purchase on a canvas are Kali Mist (blue background), Lemon Kush (red), and Matanuska Mint (the other yellow). And also the scans of those three are super high res so they make better wallpaper. But just send me your email address in a private message and I will email you the 800x600 of Purple Haze.

drherbalist: Thanks, everyone loves the Purple Haze, it makes me sad I didn't scan it!! But I never thought I'd find people that wanted it so.... whoops!

SgtAwesomePants: Great question. Lemon Kush took me 5 years, no joke. Not because I spent 5 years on it but because I started it when I was 19 and just finished it this year. Each one takes me several hours. I do layers upon layers of acrylic paint trying to get the right look. I guess I should have posted the high res photos from the get-go so that you could see the color blending but I didn't want to make the thread too slow to load.

NICE WORK waterlily!!! Very cool stuff. I see you said something about Telluride....I moved about a year ago from Frisco, CO to Florida. ANyway, good job, and I really like the purple one, 3rd one. Nice website too. I have a few posts of my artwork in this forum as well. check it out.
