Pretty rare for me to go down to Ed. Been a while since I ate beef due to my diverticulitis but have a GI doc working on it now and if it takes surgery to fix my guts then I'm going for it. Not just for donairs tho that would be a blessing to eat one again without a week of the runs. These guys are 5 minutes down the road from me. Eat there every week or two. Recommend if you're in town.

Bison meat on the other hand seems to sit just fine and I have a great recipe for donair meat and another for the best sweet sauce so that needs to be tried soon. New butcher in the town down the road a way sells lots of local bison. Having spaghetti with bison meat sauce the minute I post this!
