is 'purchase/distribution' of seeds illigal in Canada?...

Not sure but im pretty sure that selling of marijuana seeds in Canada is legal.
Not sure about exporting it out to other countries cause the whole marc emery thing.

Selling seeds is legal in Canada.
Got mine for the 420 seed exchange in Toronto, they ship to anywhere not the US and are pretty good so far.
