This guy has obviously become a bit nutso in the 40 years since he was Minister of Defense. He claims to have seen a UFO and been let in on the government secrets surrounding aliens by a mysterious air force general, in case any of you were hoping he spoke to the aliens and they had some pancakes and maple syrup while he was in office.
