I've never heard of them, but they sound similar to a place I used years ago. You'll need to provide medical documents and fistfuls of money and then talk to a skype doc. It's an option if you can't find a doctor to sign.
Or just grow for yourself and don't bother with doctors or Health Canaduh - it's a legal plant and no one is coming to count how many you have.

Kind of similar in MI, just keep it on the down low and don't give them a reason to raid you.
