Canada proud!

Get back from an over night at great wolf lodge with the family. Susie is huge now. 5 sets of leaves. And the nodes are huge. I was gonna clip a clone. And then realized I got no soil. Damnit!! Grower problems for sure haha.

Greetings fellow canadians. I read some posts about scrogging in this thread. I found a post at 420 mag from a grower called dr fish. He has a cool portable design. It checks the boxes for canadian lazy.

Nope.. Finished my first one (3oz 1 plant) nov 1st..then my second .(4oz 2 plants) dec21st in time for x-mas..both c99. But being in canada and growing in insulated shed..struggle to keep great temps..so now i am in holding pattern..soon to pop some beans and cull males after.. Going for trainwreck..timewarp x c99..and swazi gold.. I will use a SIP design and coco hempy.. Made a light..210w with screw in leds..they work fine..but in winter i will need diy big box store 70w hps security light to heat and throw light.. Planning on scrog..tomato cages worked super for first grows..

Bought project source 4 light vanity (lowes)$20.can get sometimes on sale for $15.. Get pc power cable (strip wires)..nice feature is they are 3 prong grounded.. I had bought 7-1 light adaper (better to just go 4 light vanity).. Light weight frame.. I have 14 led lights with diffuser cutoff to throw more light.. At 15w a light..x 14 is 210w.. Can change lights to different spectrums..2700k..3000k..5000k.. About $4 a bulb..welcome to Canadian prices.. Covers 2.5 x 2.5 ft.. Sweet spot is 5-7 inches away..great for scrog..flat canopy.

Cowtown Canuck here. Glad to find a national thread! I’m an indoor guy, with a three chamber setup, perpetually flowering. Also have done a lot of Scrogging. Looking to chat with more local growers from AB. Cheers!

Very nice grow.. Is that scrog a laundry clothes hanger rack?

U could attach vanities on perimeter for extra lights to fatten up lower buds. Pretty cheap rig but i won't loose sleep not spending $500-600 on quantum light..hps or whatever..

Kind of a cheap man's quantum.. Light is distributed nice..and repair is cheap..replace bulb. Vanities are rated for 240w and current screw in bulbs are 15w so i am only using 25% of max. U could always screw in 2 in 1 adapters to increase watts to 120w per 4 light vanity.

Nice work! Love the stadium style.

So any of u do outdoor?I did some last year.I moved them every day into darkness so I could start flower on june 15. Bit of a pain but turned out nice.
May try June 1 12/12 this year so to avoid the crazy heat in August.
