i have a crazy question but prob not really

in canada do you guys call your dollar equialents bucks ??

like we call dollars bucks ocassionally

or what words are used??



(no offence just curious and high)

One dollar coin is official I believe...but I'm not totally sure. We also call our two dollars coins, Twonies. The name stuck because our first coin that replaced our dollar bill had a Loon on it. Those names are almost used exclusively.

the canadian 1 dollar coin is officially called a loonie....i can assure you of that...doesnt matter what some fucked up web site says...jeeesh

i think its probably spelt multiple ways both loonie and twonie or toonie or whatever is just a slang term that caught on really

Oh well you guys are pretty bad ass in my books :D

Wish I could call my money loonies or toonies or twonies, I'd feel like I was watching cartoons then.
