can you vent constantly?

i have a 3 and a half foot grow boxd is it ok to vent it at all times?

Having constant ventilation is a necessity when growing. So, yes.

Yes that is fine. actually it is desirable. just do your best to keep a relatively constant temperature in the box.

Yeah mate you want a constant turnover of air in your growing area, so yes you can vent constantly. Its the right thing to do for the health of your plants.
