regards, wikipedia said:Carbaryl is often produced using methyl isocyanate (MIC) as an intermediary. A leak of MIC used in the production of carbaryl caused the Bhopal disaster, the largest industrial accident in history. This accident caused around 11,000 deaths and over 500,000 injuries.
Carbaryl is a cholinesterase inhibitor and is toxic to humans. It is classified as a likely human carcinogen by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA.)
Yeah I put it on my Jalapeno plant and caterpillars are still eating it. But they started in on one of my Kush plants and Bye Bye caterpillars. Not 1 bite mark since. I also use this mainly as a soil application. Works well on soil....less on plants imo.I have used it in years past, but it didn't kill the bugs. Maybe if you drowned the plant in it, but insecticidal soap works as well or better, and it's much safer. I make my own with dawn dishwashing liquid and canola oil.
