Can you Spray this

Is ok into about week for of flower to spray this think I may have catapilliars

I can't read the active ingredient, I know that their #2 version of that product uses BT and thats safe to use. What is the active ingredient?

Yes

One of the few commercial products that I would use. But I make my own natural insecticides and fungicides so I'll likely never use it. But it is safe. It's just BT. But I wouldn't spray it on any plants more than 3 - 4 weeks into flower regardless of when they say you can spray.
