By cuttings you mean the dried leaf? Ya man its not so strong like the flowers. Think of it like a nice smoke in the mornings when you have stuff to do in the day.
You might like to try making flour from it. Put the trim in a blender after removing all the sticks. Blend it dry and walla you have flour, use it for cooking almost anything, But remember even leaf is really strong when you eat it and the dose is hard to control,

Fan and Sun leaves, a bunch of friends and I dried up some leaves and made blunts out of those, I have never hurled so hard from smoking, I've puked in my mouth a couple of times before, but this is shit you give to your worst enemy, I believe it was the cause of the diarrhea I had the next day too, that or the roach coach burrito we had after trying to smoke the shit, to get the taste off our mouths.
Oh, and no, there's hardly any THC in them to be worth saving and smoking, ugh.
