Can you put a Flowing Plant under Vegging Lights

So I've got a plant 3 weeks into veg (it's a clone 15 inchs tall) and I'm wondering if I put it in my vegging room under vegging lights (for 1 hour per day for the next two weeks-before returning it to the flowering tent for the remaining 11 hours) will this stimulate structural growth without harming the plant or buds in anyway?

I want it taller but it has been a stubborn grower.

Has anyone ever tried it.

Opinions please.

If it looks a tad asymmetric, it’s because I trained the main stem to the left creating a new middle stem and top, thus creating more viable bud sites.

Hps or "flowering" lights are what typically cause a plant to streatch. Placing her under a "veg" light will not cause her to grow taller.

Clones typically stay shorter and mature faster then a plant grown from seed.

At this point, in my own experience, you are past the point of any significant vertical growth. You may see a couple of inches, but thats about it.

Although placing her under veg lights will not cause her to get taller, it still could be beneficial for her as she is receiving light from more spectrums. You are not harming her.

Hmmm, some interesting points there.

I shall give her an hour per day of vegging light for the next two weeks and see if that stimulates anything, other than the height, I'm happy with her, so If I could get another couple inches that would be dope.
