Can you legally grow marijuana in Oregon with a felony?

If you been convicted of a felony for manufacturing and possession with intent to distribute, can you still legally grow in the state of Oregon?

If so how many plants are you allowed to grow?

Legal growers in Oregon can only grow 3 adult plants and 3 seedlings. I believe that's correct, plus there's a weight restriction for what you can possess. Far as your criminal past...man I just don't know. Do you have a qualifying ailment? I don't see how they can deny you since it's classified as a medicine. I'm working toward getting legal too. If, and IF, it's like Michigan, you may be a patient and grow the legal amount for YOURSELF only, but you cannot be a caregiver. Being a caregiver you may grow for yourself and others. Check the laws, find a pot-friendly lawyer and make a few phone calls to find out what that state permits.

I would BING or GOOGLE this on an Oregon website. Not ask a bunch of stoners with no training in law . Go get the real answer. Maybe learn a few other laws you didn't think to ask.

The way I understand the laws, you cannot be a "licensed" grower that supplies dispensaries, or a caregiver with a felony, but if you are a qualified patient they can hardly prevent you from growing your own meds. You might get put under a strong microscope tho.....I make damn certain I stayed well within legal guidelines.
