you are right, my bad, I was looking at a different chart, not in kelvinActually if he is going to be flowering with CFL then 2700K IS the correct spectrum. With K color temps, lower is redder and higher is bluer, and since you want more red during flower 2700K is the way to go. You may want to keep a few 6500K for the extra UV-B, but the effect might be negligible.
