Can you grow more plants that what is allowed if you are growing with another patient

Hello, I am in the bay area and I want to know if it is okay/legal to have a group of Prop 215 patients and grow in one designated place for everyone, therefore increasing the number of plants allowed to grow (6 mature plants per patient), as long as all of the documents are kept with the garden?

Would you then need to start your own coop or collective and be licensed etc?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you

don't know for sure. But I am going to say no. If that were the case everybody would be growing more than they are allowed and then just using the excuse that it was for more than 1 person.

I believe this is what a collective is. When you go to a dispensary and you sign that paper, it's typically a contract allow them to grow on your behalf.
