Can you get paperwork for mmj replaced if lost?

I know you can get your actual card replaced, but how about your paperwork with plant count?

I googled online, but am having a hard time finding info on
Paperwork, just on lost/stolen cards.

I would call the codphe ? maybe I only had to replace a card once . man that sucks hope they or someone on here can help you out.
