Anything from Chuckers Paradise , Get them from Southern Cross Seed Bank on instagram.Which genetic would be best for it ?
Very nice! Is that a regulator for a co2 burner there on the wall?I’m knocking on the door. 2crops ago was my best,
This one could do it , but it’s a long sativa, n won’t be ran again.
Yup.Very nice! Is that a regulator for a co2 burner there on the wall?
No to the veg time, , scrog is a must for production, a 1000 watt HPS will effectively cover a 4x4 area, and a double end gavita will cover a 6x6 area, training for production is a must if you want to produce , but it does not take much time for most gardensWouldn't the most important factor be veg time? I'm sure it's quite possible with a lot of space and training the canopy with a net.
good veg time + training + light intensity/power + strain + good grower = your pictureView attachment 4203688 I won't even say how much this yielded out of a 1000 hps , I get tired of being called a liar , but yea, under a 1000 watt double end gavita , 3 lbs is nothing,
Thank yougood veg time + training + light intensity/power + strain + good grower = your picture
I'm still not convinced veg time is the most important factor. The scrog does need to be full.Thank you
Veg time is a huge factor, timing on it is everything, it's not a long veg time for indoors , most think you want a long veg time but the exact opposite is true I doors, you want you plants hollow dtemed and soft, if allowed to veg to long the roots become bound, the plant can sense how much root space it has to expand, if it has no root space to expand you will not get the explosive growth and bud development you are trying to achieve, if the plants cell structure is to hard it will not uptake nutrients and water at the rate we want ,I'm still not convinced veg time is the most important factor. The scrog does need to be full.
Nice plants though obviously, my compliments
most people are playing checkers when they should be playing 3dimensional chess.Veg time is a huge factor, timing on it is everything, it's not a long veg time for indoors , most think you want a long veg time but the exact opposite is true I doors, you want you plants hollow dtemed and soft, if allowed to veg to long the roots become bound, the plant can sense how much root space it has to expand, if it has no root space to expand you will not get the explosive growth and bud development you are trying to achieve, if the plants cell structure is to hard it will not uptake nutrients and water at the rate we want ,
Another misconception is you want to fill the canopy in, that is not at all what you should be trying to achieve with a scrog /net, more accurate to refer to it as a trellis net, it should not be used to fill in the canopy , but it should be used to spread the canopy apart to allow for good light and air penatration into the canopy ,
It's like everyone on here is playing checkers and they should be playing three dimensional chess,
Another common misconception is the plant should be trained and developed in vegetative phase, this is only partially true , the main terminal stems are developed in the vegetative phase , the plants energy and sculpting of the plant happens as it shoots it's energy into bud development ,
The objective is to keep that energy redirected into bud development,
Quite impressive.3.8'pounds per 1k fixture

Can you put them straight in the ground ?Interesting.
Honestly I grow in 5 gallon containers, and they get really root bound, but it doesn't seem to matter. I don't doubt for a moment I'd get better yields with bigger containersView attachment 4203989 View attachment 4203990
Is foxtailing just a fact of life for 1000w lights? No to the veg time, , scrog is a must for production, a 1000 watt HPS will effectively cover a 4x4 area, and a double end gavita will cover a 6x6 area, training for production is a must if you want to produce , but it does not take much time for most gardens
Real bad clay here, next year I'm planning on spending the money on a proper greenhouse. Also hoping to be licensed for 2000sq foot canopy. Wind is the biggest issue I've been having, 100km/h yesterday lol. I also should have bought more stakes, I've had some of those back ones since January in those 5 gallon pots inside. Just maxigrow and maxibloom when appropriate. Can you put them straight in the ground ?
No but high temps areIs foxtailing just a fact of life for 1000w lights?
