I'm totally new to this and I know nothing bout growing!!! Is there a time when I caint clone my plant??? It's starting to grow lil transparent hairs . Is it too late or too soo to clone ???

No, you should be able to clone that just fine. You can clone pretty much at any stage, although if heavily into flowering it might take a bit longer.

Longer is fine just don't wants kill my lil lady's!!Clone gel or powder??

you can clone anytime ive found. you can also reveg. i would go with gel

Gel, powder, niether. Whatever is your preference. I've chopped stems off with a pair of scissors and thrust them into the mud and put a glass over the top, they root just dandy Hell, you can keep it healthy by rooting the thing while it's still attached to the plant if you so wish
