Can these plants be under LEDS?

Ive got 3 blackstar lighthouse hydro 100w flowering LEDs can these seedlings be put under them to veg, i also have a 1000w hps i would like to put conjunction with the LEDS are these plants too small?

Sure. The tough part is finding the LED's sweet spot. If they're too far the seedlings will stretch and if they're too close they'll stress out, so make sure you can move your LEDs up and down easily and watch them for the first few days. It's tough for me to say exactly at what height you should start at, I don't own a BS100, but I would suggest somewhere between 12 to 16 inches to start. I'd hold off on the HPS for now, but when they get a few nodes on them go for it. Good Luck and Happy Growing!
