Can sunlight penetrate a cars windows? Plants in backseat.

Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I have to keep my plants in my car for a few days. Is the light strong enuf thats coming thru the windows?? They are kind of tinted.

to answer your question tho, I can't imagine the windows being strongly tinted enough to stop the light

wtf lol ok.. I guess the only problem im having now is the heat inside the car. IF the light cant penetrate, what problems wud they have? One of them is 3 weeks from harvest

Auto glass tint is designed the same as modern home glass, both are designed to stop UV penetration so your dashboard etc doesn't fade. This is not a good idea for any plants, let alone ones in flower.
