can sum 1 tell if 4 23w cfl's will be good for 2 plants to veg to be 2 ft tall?

exactly except i developed thes litle grow boxes i like em because of the light efficiency and i can keep the temps low with a 400 watt mh/hps

the wings on the hood fit perfect so that they apply pressure to the box and stays put
the bins are stacked on top of eachother so i can just take the top one off to tend to my plants

Sounds like good ole stoner luck, thathood fittin like u say. I got a buddy who's gonna start growin soon. We found some SWEET cabs at home depot, one's like 6 or 7 feet tall, 3' deep, and 4 wide. Made out of some tough thick plastic so theyre nice and sturdy, and it's got removeable shevles too. the things perfect for modifying to hang lights wherever. s

i think they are also made by rubbermaid?

I didn't notice if they were rubbermaid or not, wouldn't suprise me if they were though. We're gonna get one though, and fix it up nice with a 400w MH. Good chron's too damn expensive around here to be payin for, so we're goin for the 'perpetual harvest.' If we pull it off our weed bill won't hurt the ole wallet nearly as bad.

In the mean time? ... well, we just got a QO of some 'grand daddy purp' for $100..... it's already gone so, we'll just have tokeep buyin more till this shiz happens lol... my boy sells schwag, so we get that for free to hold us over till the next sac of goodies. Sad, I know, but it's about to get happier!
