Can sound or BASS interrupt marijuana's sleep?

Here's a question I can't find an answer to "Can sound or BASS interrupt marijuana's sleep?"

We know that it can have an effect when its awake....... But what if during sleep marijuana is subject to loud noise? Or heavy bass notes?

Do you think this can cause nanners/bannana's/female pollen sacks?

I am referring to bass so loud it vibrates water inside your water bottle, and moves things around your desk.

Thanks delvite for posting that +rep for sure, I remembered that study faintly but forgot that rock music had a negative impact... It's not like in nature plants are usually subject to that type of abuse... Especially at night. I think next time I'll keep the headphones on... LOL

so your point was that it doesnt effect? These guys need to do over 100 different examinations, 3 of the same plant simply will not cut it. I also see inconsistencies with the results of the music just from the two people who did it one said the rock music plants didn't do very well and one said the rock music plant was second best to pop music plant. Plus one could argue that they didnt even use pot plants [lol]
because heres my baby yesterday morning 110412-1720.jpg090412-2247(001).jpg -today at about 7pm-View attachment 2120002View attachment 2120003 and this is actually the most ive seen the plant grow in one day so far and guess what? i bought a new subwoofer yesterday and was playing very loud rap and rock music.

When its a seedling I hope it would grow regardless...

I'm wondering about when the plants sleeping if loud bass can interrupt what it does at night... Or atleast cause nanners...
Obviously this study doesn't really cover that.. but there is some evidence it has effects... I was also listening to rap music.

I called it sleeping, I guess I should have said interrupt/disturb "the dark" period. You can't tell me you have talked with the plant and it told you so... LOL

I do believe that very loud and heavy music can have a negative effect on plants. My practice space is right next to the grow room, and one night, after an extremely loud band practice, I noticed that all of my plants became very droopy. By the the following morning, they had recovered. This could have been a coincidence, but i have no idea what else could have caused this to happen. My theory is that the vibrations from the bass shocked the roots

Naah bro the sound of anything shouldn't bother a plants sleep. Because if that was the case how would people be able to plant outdoors like in there backyards and shit. Always cars driving by, people talking etc. You'll be fine.
Happy growing! :weed:
