raising the ph of the water to 6.4, how long do you think 'til i'm in the clear ??? i know the leafs wont come back but i shouldnt see any more right

Ok its been almost 2 weeks and there are no signs of improvment, Ive been feeding at 6.4 ph and 1300 ppm. any other suggestions ???? I'm at week 4 and need this fixxed now
