fungi (fusarium/verticillium) or virus(HSV), i am not sure, in all cases plant is dead or will be dead soon, read more about this, i believe you can make a cut in the stem and see if there is any color read more and compare to your plant as each disease have symptoms that happened and you the only one aware of the plant history.

if so just isolate this plant as it might affect other plants.

Okie dokie. Soil, pH 6.5, temp75~ rh 40%, got it. Seems to me that the roots just got too dry. How far into flower is this? 7 weeks? The others look like they have a couple few weeks to go. If it's that early and you can snap it back some by watering then I'd give it a go but it might be a lost cause. That's basically what my plants look like day 2 of drying lol, premature of course but looks pretty dry. Do the leaves just crumble to the touch?

Too close to the fan? To late for sure she’s not comin back from that. Cut her n move on. Not worth risking a herm.

Looks like the plant got too dried out and died. Was the pot bone dry when you found it like that?
