Can someone show me WTF the "break and rip" method is for clones? A Video perhaps?

Break and rip is pretty self explanatory for most people on here. Plants shoot roots from any part of the stem. You could even root a still connected branches by the "air cloning" method.
Plants do this naturally in nature by falling down and breaking in the wind. The branch touching ground in contact with moisture will shoot roots. We only replicate what the plant do naturally in a controlled manner when taking cuttings/clones.

I didn't even realize you were talking about it lol but yeah I've always wanted to try it out with a tree or something, I remember they also use this technique before grafting different plants together. Pretty damn cool!

Yea I'm sure some of you have never watched and learned anything from youtube. -and no I'm not any type of a social media guy, Uploading, watching video crap. But I dare you to find something that's not explained on "The Tube" (That's what we kids call it.)
If you are not a hippie child or have a bunch of weed-growing old stoner friends, how is anyone new to growing going to learn how? Book learnin' ???

As for stigmatizing YT generally that's common practice here. Never ever mention it or the troll-crew gets unleashed.
These do not understand it's mostly the content-creator not the distributed platform which is responsible for the quality.

Those break and tear methods that leave a "foot" on the bottom i tend to disagree with. Its old wives tails stuff for cuttings. IMO it just leaves a gaping hole for disease on the plant. Besides, the roots come out of nodes i.e. where old leaves came out of the stem and that bottom part is pointless.
