Well I took another look and I think you have a number of issues going on. By looking at the leaves I would say you are giving it too much of something and that is causing the burn and the cirrhosis = lock up. It is very hard to say spot on whats going on because if you have a Nitrogen deficiency that would lock up the Mag and cause the cirrhosis , so if you treat for a mag deficiency you could kill the plant.
IMHO I would flush the plant with 50% recommended nutrients and add 1/2 ml per gal of something like Cal-Mag. The food will keep the plant growing and the added elements will ballence things out. You should see results in 5 days, than go back to feeding 75% recommended and Cal;mag every other water.

Don't chase Ph you will just screw things up. The way you are growing I would keep my Ph between 5.4 and 6.2 and leave it like that. I grew in coco for a number of years, did soil organic for 10 and now am doing RDWC.
