It's not such a big deal man. The first time it happened I already had two nice bag seed plants about 4 weeks into flowering and i knew i had enough room in there for a couple more. So i talked to a good friend and they gave me two AK47 clones for free. So i stuck them into the room and started them flowering and one turned hermie. I chalk that up to it being my first grow and there was a couple times i was out of town and due to the electric going out for about 16 hours on two different times. And it messing my lighting schedule up pretty good. It was too much stress i guess. And this time i am not sure what happened. Being my second grow, i will chalk it up to something i have done. I am so lucky to have someone to get some really good clones from for so cheap. The person that i get them from has some of the best smoke around my parts. I only want to tell them about it so they can keep an eye out in their grow room. Maybe they just have a bad mother plant. I trust the person enough to know they are not giving me these clones knowing that they come from a known hermie mother. I was already in a downer mood when i found this one and i probably came across the wrong way when i was venting earlier. Thanks for all the help guys. And I hope everyone has a great next harvest.
Make sure you do not have ANY light leaking into your flowering room. I made the mistake installing a C.A.P atmospheric controller into my room and over looked a small light indicator for the exhaust fan and another one on my power strip. It turned 3 of the clones closest to it hermie. I had to put some duct tape over the lights and i just cut off them male pollen sacks off of them and i am flowering them out .It's not such a big deal man.
