Can someone help diagnose

Howdy. I'm about two months into a grow and outdoors. The light cycle has just started the flowering phase phase and I've been having problems with lower tiers of leaves yellowing and wilting.
Looks like tiny brown spots at first, followed by wilting and finally, death.

Take a look for yourself
Any assistance is greatly appreciated. This isn't my first run, but I know I still have plenty to learn.

Their are post on here about that. My guess is that the plant is feeding off itself putting more into the flower stage.

I look for bugs constantly and the only way I'm missing them is if their too small to see.
Couple aphids and those brown bugs that usually congregate on the stem and rotate around the stem to avoid you. Always kill insects.

I have also noticed what look like slug (or catepillar?) trails, only scattered here and there and not one single, consistent line.

The water here is too alkaline (8.0), so I've been buying distilled or using tetra Easy Balance to lower the the pH of the water. Only two plants, Female 2 included, get that water, Female 1 is mostly distilled.

All purpose plant food with micronutrients. 24.8.16.
Haven't fed in a week or 2, will be switching to a blooming mix.
Used miracle grow soil and added some heaps of a coffee based compost.

I don't believe it's thrip. They're about an inch long, capable of flight, dark brown and always on the stalk. First insect I've seen actively avoid detection by attempting to stay out of sight.

U seem to be in need of nitrogen... And as for distilled water ( no, bad, stop) its missing important minerals... Rain water should be around the right level... Ph down is easy-to-use an can b made from common goods..(will re-comment with something to use) what r u feeding her?
