Can somebody tell me what’s going on?

I run a 4x4 setup with 600watt full spectrum lights. My lights sit about 18-20 inches away from my plants. I also do a flood hydro grow in Rockwool and right now, it’s only flooding once in the morning. My plants don’t seem to be growing or they are very slow. Some leaves seem super green and some others not soo much. I was thinking it was a nutrient lockout or a nitrogen toxicity, but I’m not too sure.

Currently, my humidity stays 68-70%
My temp stays around 82-85 max when lights on, 75 when lights off. My PH is 5.9 and I checked the runoff, it came out to be 6.3, so I adjusted it again after it’s most recent flood. I think it could be because my TDS levels are off, it was sitting at 750. That could be the reason why, so for next time I plan on making sure it’s going to be sitting at around 400 ppm. Would ppm be the reason why? Or is there a nitrogen toxicity? Or is it the heat? Can anyone with my similar experience guide me on what I should do? Should I do a nitrogen flush immediately?

first I'd be aiming to get your room cool ...down to 75F at least...and 70? when light is off

next get the ph to 6.5...break a leg! double check with tds and shitty $5. pool strips

I’ve read that for Rockwool it’s better if the PH is closer to 5.9. I’m wondering what your reason is for getting the PH closer to 6.5. Is there something about Rockwool that I might not understand?

Also, looking at my pictures? Would you say it’s more heat? Not nute burn?

I attached a picture that will help you understand pH and it's importance. And @vostok is right, your temps are a bit high. 78-80 is really the tippy tippy max. 85 is a no bueno. Don't over concern yourself with any nute burn right now though, it's not overly apparent

How long ago did you stick them in the cubes? I am guessing they still look kind of like cuttings, maybe they are still rooting then they will start to grow afterwards if so.

You’re right. They were cuttings. I got them like 2 weeks ago, but to be honest, when I got them, I wasn’t too sure if it was rooted.

So, I kept them in a humidity dome for a week and then recently transplanted them and put them into veg. You’re saying they look a bit too young?

Yeah as long as they are in veg you should be good, they might be sending out all their energy to building up a root system, then they will start packing on leaves. Those leaves will die off as the new growth takes over you should be good as long as none of them die on you.
