Basically this looks like what happens to clones that weren't cut from the healthiest plant or were not properly cared for. The cutting puts all that it has into rooting itself, it can't really take up nutrients very well until that happens. Anyways, the result is that the mobile nutrients are going from the leaves that it had initially to support new root and leaf growth.
If the cutting has rooted and there is new growth then it may pull through and actually survive, but those big fan leaves are gone. You might try to foliar feed them starting with a light solution of a balanced fertilizer. Be very careful irrigating them with nutrients because the soil likely contains slow-acting plant food, especially if purchased at wal-mart. The bag should tell you though.
Next time I would suggest either getting seed from a reputable dealer or seeking out healthier clones.

thanks Nullis fr your fast reply, the plant they came from looked good and the guy has been doing it for years i will try a mixture of water and a real small amount of ferts, would adding water hurt them seeing as the soil is damp already the guy also told me to leave them but what do i know :)

If anything, don't water the plant but mix your fertilizer at something like 1/4 the recommended rate and pour it in a spray bottle to spray the undersides of the leaves with. This way the plant can utilize them more immediately and you wont risk over watering. When you do need to water some people might recommend using things like Superthrive, which is essentially an array of vitamins and hormones. You apply this in very minute amounts to irrigation water. There is also botanicare Liquid Karma which I use and have no complaints. LK has a small amount of ferts, humic acid and other good crap...it's good for soaking clones in to prevent things like this.

Definitely be careful what you do though, it is very easy to make rash decisions and end up with dead plants.

i would suggest spraying the leaves with plane water to encourage new growth with out adding any nutes it looks to me as if they havent been in a humidity dome to keep the plants from drying out keep the growing medium just slightly moist to keep it from damping off

than you skidwaykush and Nullis i just went and sprayed them all with just water there is new growth do you suggest spraying evey day and how many times thanks again guys and skidwaykush you are right they weren't under any domes and i think i had them way to close to the lights earlier in the start i have them on the ground about a foot or 2 from the lights now

Skidwaykush is probably right, if they weren't kept humid it is much more difficult for them.

What I meant was, when you take a cutting from a mother plant... well, often times the cut stem is first dipped in a rooting hormone powder or gel, but not necessarily. Then you either soak it in water until roots start to show or stick it right into something like a Rapid Rooter plug. In order to help the plant along there are various products available which contain some nutrients, among other things, which can be added to the solution.
When cuttings are properly cared for (kept humid, consistent temperatures, water changed daily if applicable, sung aloud to and hugged softly) they should keep very well and you would loose few if any leaves like that.

i agree with nullis on this too i would spray them at least three times daily and you can most likely leave them cfls only inches from the top of your plant i go with 4 in or so becouse they do not genrate intense heat like mh or hps which you want a much greater distance
