Can NV take away my med rights?

I've recently been arrested for dui marijuana in NV. I am a CA resident and medicinal patient with my valid recommendation. Can the NV courts order that I don't use marijuana as a probational penalty? If so, doesn't that interfere with my medical rights or dr. patient confidentiality?

Arraignment is coming up and I'm scared of what may happen.

why you driving stoned in Nevada? You didn't seem so scared then, you probably should have thought of this while you was cruising around, riding dirty. With that being said, you have no medical rights in Nevada therefore, you have no medical defence there. If you have probation elsewhere, you will likely have to abide by the law. I don't understand how that will work though, seeing as how you live in cali and you was visiting nevada.

but still, if your caught with a DUI on oxycontin they still shouldnt be able to take away your right to alleviate pain through medication. and if you have a perscription for oxycontin you should have no reason to fear failing a drug test for opiates. the same logic should apply to medicinal marijuana

there are lawyers whos mouths would water over this case that can advise you better than we can though

I wasn't stoned first off. I smoked 5 hours before. I passed all fst's and blew a .02. The truck smelled of marijuana so he assumed I was high.
They drew blood which you give them the right just by driving on NV roads. The law is 2 nano-grams where fed law for marijuana is 50 ng's. 2 will show up if you've smoked with in 3 days.
The reason I'm scared is due to NV's ridiculous laws

I completely agree with that logic but it's NV so logic does not apply.
