Can my plants have a day off?

I messed up my plants cycle. They have been recieving daylight and my growlight has been on at night. I need to change so that growlight is on when daylight is on. Can i leave em without light for the time i need to change the cycle? dont want my only plant to become a hermie. ;:

Go for it. :thumbup:

If they are flowering then yes give them extended darkness.

If they are vegging just extend the daylight hours to match where you need it.

Exactly. Veg = more light. Flower = more dark.
