Can Mdma help with depression?

If you wanna help depression, microdose shrooms or, I've found microdosing 4aco det or 4ho Mipt makes me feel absolutely amazing! If you can do it 3 days apart, I think it would work best, at a low dose (0.01 for 4aco det, a teensy bit smaller than 0.01 for 4ho Mipt) you will feel absolutely amazing. My buddy said 0.01 g of 4ho Mipt had him feeling really euphoric and happy for about 4-5 hours. If you microdose shrooms I'd say about 0.5 or less grams, since you're not looking to actually TRIP. You will have some kind of visuals, but nothing huge or bothersome. I dosed 4aco det, went for a 3 hour walk in the woods, and spent about half an hour talking to other walkers, normally when tripping/on the come up, I don't wanna talk to anyone period. Just me and Soms but the 5-7 times I've done the 4aco (and 2x 4ho) I just feel wonderful, and I feel good the next day too, like I'm "tripping" for maybe 4-5 hours (no visuals really, slight movement excellent body buzz) and the whole next day, maybe 18-24+ hours after the fact, I can keep that wonderful glow. I tend to meditate a bit on it too, nothing fancy just maybe a 5-10 minute reflection on what I'm about to do, and when I feel the body warmth slowly dissipate, I reflect again and thank it for making me feel that good. I think the acknowledgement of that helps my mind and body keep the warm happy vibes, then a few days later I do it again

Uh.... wouldn't try it for depression. The comedown is basically the polar opposite of the high. If normal SSRIs don't do it for you, or interfere too much with your candy of choice, it may be worth giving ampakenes a shot. But don't mix 'em with stimulants. Further, there is a little anecdotal evidence that they may potentiate psychedelics very strongly.

True... I guess I just know too many people who roll a whole weekend away.... (from my stint on the Shroomery-- they have some heavy, heavy ecstasy users.)

Fair. At the end of my shroomery career, I was posting over a hundred times per diem. So I figure when I get bored and go through evey post on every forum I'm interested in, I'll get that button..... Heh.

Most of the members older, I assume, judging by your comment?

Mdma is actually what started my 8 year anxiety trip. Acid on the other hand, made me wake the fuck up and realize that it's all in my head, not that im recommending it to anyone. Drugs are bad k lol

Interesting topic. If you try it maybe keep some detailed notes. It could help others..

Not that I am recommending this, but I just read an article that Silicone Valley peeps are microdosing LSD to improve performance and creativity. I mean MICRO.

Holistically, maybe give this a try. This helped me A LOT.: Take this mix daily. Costco actually has all of the products except whole food source vitamin B.

  • 1000 - 2000 MG Vitamin C per day. (Known to help depression quite a bit) Get a quality and easily absorb-able form.
  • Whole Food Source Vitamin B (For the nervous system)
  • 1000 mg EPA (One of the main ingredients in fish oil). I like the Natures Bounty Brand because it is filtered and cot effective.
  • A quality probiotic.(The gut is our second nervous system)
  • A balanced mineral supplement. For anxiety and sleep disorders magnesium seems to be great.
Personally, I'd give this a try for a few weeks before I started messing with drugs that could make the problem worse. It takes about a week to start working, but I pretty much guarantee that you feel better.

I should add that even though nobody feels like exercising when they are depressed or so anxious they could puke that exercise is has been shown to be as effective as antidepressants..

Also, try cutting out sugar and grains.

One more thing is that you can lern Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from youtube. It's really effective at rearranging our thoughts..

Best of luck to you. PM me if you would like some help.

Great advice. I also have been trying my own daily supplement regimen. Continually fine tuning things.

yes, I did a lot of research on this and this is the recipe I came up with. Anything to add that might help?
Sorry nothing much really. There are so many routes to go. Especially if you consider your own body chemistry. And what it is that actually want to focus upon. Good luck though.
