Can I vegitate and flower with a cluster of cfl lights in a stealth grow box?

I can't use a big 150 watt HPS like I would like but I was wondering of I could use cfl lights the whe time and get good results with the plants?

if you use enough watts you can get pretty good results with cfls

yeah just make sure you have the right spectrums for cfls and try to have 100w per plant minimum
