Sorry, this is my first grow, and learning experience.

you are off to a great start, that's a good buy on the bulb, i used several from there before i went with 600s. good luck

Lots of people use HPS throughout the entire grow. I asked this before but i got the Son T Agro bulb from phillips as
it has about 30% more blue.

I use that same bulb when I switch to 12/12 ...... just be sure you have the ballast to power it
