Can I use one 175w 5900K 7700Lumens for growing two plants?

Can I use a 175w 7700 lumens 5900K Mercury Vapor Blub growing two plants until vegging is done in about a 1x2 growing space? Or should I just use a 65 watt CFL with 7000 Lumens and 6400K (But all 2700K's for flowering). I also have alot of CFL's from 18w-23w and there all 2700,5500,and 6500K. They have about 1000-2000 lumens each. Im set up now using 1 6500K CFL 20w bulb with a reflector around it (hanging over top) and one 5500K CFL on one side and another 6500K CFLon the other side. I am a beginner and I need any advice I can get. I will take pics of my current set up, all my extra lights, and the two big lights, so i need to know if I should keep the setup I have (But add more 5500K lights sourrounding it as it gets bigger) and use 2700K CFLS to trigger flowering, or use just one of the big lights (or both one on each plant) for up until I think it's done vegging.

The plant in the pic has not sprouted yet the seeds just got done germinating and I planted it last night at 10:40 and I'm using an 18/6 light schedule, any suggestions on the light schedule? and I have more seeds in process that are taking longer then the others to germ that are in the back of the pic in the ziploc baggy.
