Can I use 6700k to flower ?

Can't you at least exchange it?
Doubt it , honey badger virus and all that bs.... you cannot exchange shit right now in michigan , no bottle returns nada..
I have a blurple panel I can throw in 35w and maybe like 2 26w 2700k CFLs u think that would help when flowering comes along ? The light I'm using is a 200w sunblaster CFL
Yeah adding supplemental lights couldnt hurt.... Any chance you can afford to order another one online or anything like that?

Guess no one played attention to the color of the bulb he's using, eh.., and always use 2700k for flower

Guess no one read the entire post before commenting eh? And I get excellent results using 3500k vero 29's from beginning to end.... There is no set rule for what kelvin to use for any phase of growth, A plant can be grown from beginning till end with a 2700k or a 6500k light or anything in between, it's not ideal as science has shown that plants respond better to a certain range during a specific time during it's life.... But it will work....

Guess not, my usual is 65k for veg, 27k for flower, u can grow a full plant under 27k overall ,I use a 4k panel 100hlg and mix 3k led bulbs around it. 35k is a nice mix I have to give u that though

Hard to imagine growers still get suckered and buy blurple lights. Mind Blown, blurple already has way more blue than a budding plant can use, Dump the blurple, keep the 6700 and get 2:1 2700

Normally in cfls the kelvin is derived from a mix of spectrum and there will be plenty of the other spectrums there not just 6700k.

Id actually prefer 6700k in cfls or flourescent tubes for flower over 2500k's, bigger plants better yeilds.

I would contact the grow shop and let them know they made a mistake and gave you the wrong bulb. If there a good shop they won't burn ya. But if you already fired up the light your probably stuck with it.

Blurples are more efficient than CFLs. Watt for watt, they're roughly equivalent to an SE HID.

Butt at 35 watts, I'm guessing it's either one of those little Amazon blurple bulbs or a tiny ufo.

OP - If you're limited financially, look into A19 LED bulbs and pop the diffuser off of them. Or look into getting something from Spider Farmer.

Yes you can. Years ago before many of the growers on this site were even born. 1000 watt Metal Halide lights were the gold standard for indoor growers. HPS came along later.
