Wait untill about mid May otherwise your plants will flower outside and possibly not reveg back for a full season. I slowly decrease the hours from 18 down to about 13.5 hours indoors before putting my plants out in May. Decrease the light slow otherwise the girls freak out and flower

Also when they go outside don’t put them in direct light immediately otherwise they will bleach out and not be able to photosynthesis.

I put mine next to a shed in the shade for about a week and then into full sun once they acclimate to new temps and humidity

Google the navy duration of daylight calculator. You can plug in where you live and it will tell you which day you will the right amount of daylight where you live.

You can put them out, but there is more shit that will kill them outside than in.

Other posters mentioned early flower. That can only happen after the plant reaches sexual maturity at 4-6 weeks. If the nights are too long at that time, they will start to flower. You do want to avoid this if possible. Here is a tool I use to figure out when it's safe to go outside. Just add a city near you. Most strains' trigger point is around 13 1/2 hours length of day. But there is a lot of variance between strains. Good luck.

Next time give them both sun and cfl from day 1. I get a mister with a very very mild solution of fish emulsion and kelp. Just put them in full sun and mist them with a hand held sprayer every 10 or 15 minutes. They will adjust very quickly with this technique but you have to be there to love them. Cloudy days are nice to take advantage of too. My babies love it when I mix sun and t5 from day of germination.

As long as it doesn’t get too cold at night they should be fine. After germinating my seeds in paper towels, I moved them to solo cups, covered them in soil and waited for then to surface. The following day I moved them outside. If the weather starts to drop below 60 degrees at night, bring them in. After the first week or so of hardening off, your plant should be just fine being left outside as long as you don’t get any frost.

I scuff with a emory board a bit then just germ directly in solo cups (especially if they are $14 a seed). On a reptile heating pad with a foam cup inverted to serve as a humidity dome. This technique usually saves me the pain of having to perform surgery to remove a seed case from a expensive little sprout.

- Tuesday night I soaked some seeds in Azos

- Wednesday morning they were placed in paper towels cover in the Azos water they were soaking in and put in a ziplock above my amplifier for warmth.

- Friday evening when I opened the paper towel, both seeds were fully sprouted with a 2 inch main root and a root ball 1 inch from the top of the 2 little round leafs.

- Friday night I put the seeds in soil about a half inch under the soil and by the next morning both plants had fully sprouted above the soil.

- The scary thing is, they’re catching the plants I started 2 weeks ago without Azos...
