Can I top this plant???

This is my Strawberry D-Lite and she has been vegging for about 4 weeks now. The past week she really stopped growing vertically it seems and just keeps getting bushy. I was planning on topping her but don't know if i can. Here are some pics



Is this a type of plant that i really shouldn't top? Should I prune a lot? It's only my 2nd grow so i'm still new to most.
