Can I sue the local Pot Dealer for running off with my Money?

Its just as likely to start a shit storm.. If the guy feared you, he wouldn't have robbed you to begin with.. If you attack him he's just as likely to get pissed and retaliate as he is to avoid the shit storm..
It takes years of organized fear mongering to make yourself untouchable.. If you're touchable today, I guarantee you will be tomorrow as well.. And even those untouchable few are still touchable in reality..


And doing it anonymously might be a twisted little thrill, but thats not going to make anybody fear you either..

Hey if you have its phone number you could post it here and we could all fuck with him and leave voice mails LOL! If you can beat his ass go do it! If he could most likely take you then bring some accessories (mace or maybe a club). Make sure he gets the beating he deserves. His hospital bill will be more than he stole from u. Or you can just wait awhile till he has time to fuck more people over then fuck up his house or car and he wont know which enemy he made has gotten revenge! Don't take these ideas too seriously though. It is what i would like to do if someone ripped me off that much.

Or you could approach it like it was a legitimate business dispute and simply use word of mouth to hurt his bottom line..

I do actually agree with Korvette that 'if' you pull a weapon you'd better be prepared to use it..

I once watched an Episode of COPS where a black lady was franticly waving down the cops because she gave another black lady 20 bucks for some crack and she ran off with it and than asked the cops to get her 20 bucks back or the crack back and the cops laughed and arrested both of the crack head...Same thing just different Drug

I was in a situation like this once. I used to parlay acid for heroin money. I got pretty deep, and a "friend" stole 150 grand from me of money that was not mine. My solution was to blow her away. Lucky for me she lived. She was blind and pretty much deaf, but she lived. I got a 7 year sentence 2 years in and 5 years out with a consecutive 7 on paper. I only did a year in the can. The people I owed figured "a hand laid is a debt paid" and left me alone.

Had I done nothing, it would have been me rode down on.
Plus, it made fiscal sense- There was no way I would have earned 150k that year.

Here's an idea: Leave drug dealing to drug dealers. Anyone who makes a living pushing weight would never have asked your question. Never would have thought cop or court, only one thing to do.

If the money was less than I could have made during the duration of my sentence, then a beatdown, maybe a split skull. You know? I have never been ripped off since.

However, that was heroin not grass. Hard to put that kind of energy into something like grass, but if it's you or me- It's me. You are either paying up or you are on your back.

I was ripped off by Arab Canadians for a few grand(1kilo of sumting)a year back. It sucked, I knew were they lived but decided to not do a thing. My reason is that for every action there is an equal or greater reaction. If you dont like the taste in your mouth why go back to take another bite? It might choke you on the next mouthful. And if you cause a ruckus then you put a spotlight on yourself.

lol ive seen some pretty interesting responses to the problem.. im thinkin all of them would do the trick whichever you decide (I especially like the baseball bat behind the knees, it reminds me of home!). But also, dont get it twisted, just because you have a MM card dosent mean your safe. Federal Law still says pot is illegal.. it becomes up to the disgression of the cop whether or not he turns you in if your caught (its not very likely because the department will look extremely bad and in most cases cost a lot of money, but we all know that there are some cops out there that wouldnt even think twice about busting some "Pot-head Hippies"). As far as transporting, id stay away from it, no more than you have to. If a cop pulls you over and youve got a bunch of weed in the car, and you show him your MM card.. all hes gonna think is wow.. this dealer got himself an MM card to cover up if he gets pulled over. MM cards are not all access passes to do whatever you want with it, they are just saying that marijuana has been seen as a medicinally beneficial treatment for you.

Yep. Plus you gotta know who this guy is. If hes a crazy dealer that runs more the pot, coke and shit then dont fuck with him. Chances are if he find out it was you your going to get hurt.

But if its some little guy whos just dealing some pot for some spending cash out ofhis small apartment then go at him.

I agree with you. And I live to see another day without looking over MY shoulder. Chalked it up to making a bad decision by trusting him. Being able to grow my own and not haveing to deal with Black Market Dealers and their shit anymore. And not to mention the $$$ I will save now!

Glad to hear. Most people that steal from others are worthless or feel worthless.
Not all black market dealers are crooks. Some feel more like providers and try to run things like a business. It a high risk business and felonies are not free. I never buy herb from someone I havent known for at least a couple years. I have also found that the higher quality the herb the less sketchy the dealer.
