Just skimming over this and what flashed through my mind - cannabis handles plant stress better than growers do.
Those are nice looking plants and, if I was in your shoes, I'd top them and LST them. They've got good color and they could use more light but, other than that, you're firing on all cylinders.

You just posted that you're "a newb so very cautious" - understand that completely. I've been growing 2 years and am still cautious but I've also learned that cannabis is an extremely hardy plant. Water it, feed it moderately (growers love pretty nute bottles, plants love light), keep temp + RH in range (VPD rules), and then leave it alone and things will work out just fine.
