Can I remove categories from my grow journal?

Before I understood how the categories worked I created 2 named the same thing and would like to delete them now but can't figure out how. If there isn't a way for me to do it then maybe a mod can? It's the 2 categories named pics.

Is it honestly a really big deal ? I only ask because the blog grow Journals are a piece of shit that don't work
They are a third party intergration that hasn't been updated in 3 years and
Messing with them always causes issues
