Can I make clones come harvest time?

Are there any parts of the plant I can clone like literally THE DAY of harvest?

You could just reveg that plant and take clones later.
Leave the lower larf buds to reveg and sprout new growths from.
Put it to 24 hours of light for a week and take an hour off each week till your at 18/6. Should be well underway to regrowth by that point.

You can definitely take clones, but after they root, they take quite some time to re-veg and start growing again.

Better to do before you flip

So should I just keep these two sets of branches? And can I take the bud off of them when harvest comes?

Take them off now and clone them. They won't bud up much anyhow. It's a good time to take them,it won't take them long to revert.

That thing looks like it can’t afford to lose any branches to be honest

Sorry for the delay.

I cut the plant down to an inch above
The lowest half decently sized larf buds. Then leave those buds as a source for new reveg sprouts to shoot out from. You can get multiple crazy shoots out of the bud formation.

It takes time for the plant to recover from shock then to reveg.
Give it time, don't overwater or overfeed her. It takes anywhere from 3 to over 6 weeks to start the reveg process on different plants.
You'll see new smooth round edged leaves sprouting, then you know your on your way!
