Can I LST 3 weeks into flower?

Its my first grow. I wanted to experiment with some of the techniques, but I never got around to it. Now 5 of my plants are sativa dominant and are reaching for the stars with little side branching.

I want to know if I can bend them toward the pot now that I've been on 12/12 for 3 weeks. I think my 7' high tent can handle whatever they would stretch too, but all the other indica dominant hybrids I have are nice short and bushy without me having to do a thing.

So my question is do I mess with my plants on this grow, or do I ride this one out and try some LST and topping on my next grow when the plants are still in Veg.

You can still pinch and bend but not advisable 3 weeks into flower imo , can you not raise the indica's up to the canopy ??? just a thought ?

Clonex--that is an awesome Idea...as soon as the lights come on at 6PM I will put something under the short ones to bring them closer to the light...that's brilliant. Here I was trying to make the tall plants shorter...it didn't occur to me to make them higher.

Next grow for sure I'm going to take a leap and experiment more. I'm just happy, with this being my first grow, to look in the tent and see them bigger, healthy, and filling the grow space. I wanted to collect cuttings, but I seriously didn't want to harm a single leaf on any of the plants. By the end of this grow, I hope to be over some of that. I watch videos and people are radically bending them, snapping them, cutting them...I'm just not there yet.

Your welcome man , sometimes the obvious is right there in front off you , but we are so busy sometimes missed , growing is a learn by your experiences imo , there is no 1 right way , different spaces and enviroments , different specs of lights mean there are so many different ways , been at it 15 years and still learning , good luck :)

Clonez was right on there, and you're right not to want to hurt your girls. The stress never helps. I use LST fairly early in veg and in the long run you get way better light penetration and more bud. It's amazing how limber those girls get and the shape they'll assume. If she had legs I'd marry her. ; )
